• By using services provided by Trapdoor, you demonstrate that you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document.
  
  
• Trapdoor reserves the right to terminate your account where you have made inappropriate or unreasonable use of services provided by Trapdoor.
  
  
• Inappropriate or unreasonable includes, but is not limited to, providing copyrighted, materials without authorisation, providing obscene or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of Trapdoor servers to serve other users' web sites (instances including but not limited to: unreasonable consumption of disk space, Internet link bandwidth, CPU, and memory usage, as determined by Trapdoor), materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the proper authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such determinations will be binding on the customer, not Trapdoor.
  
  
• Trapdoor will not take responsibility for information or data loaded to your account. You must check all information and data which is loaded.
  
  
• Trapdoor is not responsible for any interruption of service beyond its control, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales, profit or any other form of loss.
  
  
• The customer will fully indemnify Trapdoor against liability (of any nature), which may befall Trapdoor as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.
  
  
• "Spamming" or any type of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail), is strictly prohibited, and the customer's account may be closed immediately if the customer is found to be doing so.
  
  
• Failure to abide by any of terms outlined in this document may result in termination of service without refund.
  
  
• Trapdoor Internet Services reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at any time and without notice. The current terms of conditions will always be available at the URL: http://www.trap-door.co.uk/terms.shtml. It is the customers responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure compliance.
  
  
• All quotes issued by Trapdoor Internet Services are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation. After this point, prices can no longer be guarnateed.
  
  
• Account and invoice information displayed using the account adminstration system is for information only and cannot be guaranteed to be correct. Please check your paper invoice for accurate and binding invoicing information.
